Welcome to Online Training by Stephanie Turner!

Individualized programs are available online or on your smart device app. Beginning with a range of motion assessment, Stephanie will create a program specifically designed for your body’s needs. What sets this program apart is that we address muscular imbalances, so you strengthen areas you need to create symmetry in the body.

Once your assessment is completed, we send you a program that changes and evolves and you reach your workout goals. In both online and smartphone apps, you will have a list of exercises, videos, workout log, and nutrition log.
